We offer ample, free and easy-access parking.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to review procedures and fill out any necessary paperwork. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled. Please call if you are running late.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. No shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours advance notice will result in a full service charge to your account.
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving so that you reserve the date and time you desire.
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept checks.
Special needs and conditions
Please inform us if you have any specific medical conditions, especially if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or have any cardiac problems. Treatments are not given if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Please consider leaving your valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Children 12 years of age and under must be receiving services in order to be present.
Pricing may change without notice. Fees do not include gratuity.
